Advanced Referee Training (ART)

The Massachusetts ART program is designed for Regional Referees and those aspiring to be a Regional Referee. The program meets on the third Tuesday of the month via Zoom and will have a quarterly combined field and classroom session.

The top ART referees will be selected for an elite group (ART-Elite) that will be mentored by former Irish FIFA referee Alan Kelly (currently the Manager of Referees for Professional Referee Organization (PRO).

ART is run by Dr. Randall Kelley, a former National Referee, with assistance from current and former Massachusetts National and PRO referees.

ART membership is by invitation only.
