In conjunction with Massachusetts State Soccer Association (MASS), the Massachusetts State Referee Committee (MSRC) is hosting the spring meeting for referees working in adult leagues in Massachusetts on Monday, April 26, 2004 at 7pm. Pre-enrollment should be submitted in advance. There is no cost to attend this meeting.
