Revs honor Young Referees

Come join us at Gillette Stadium as the New England Revolution honor the Massachusetts Young Referees of the Year.

The Saturday August 7 Columbus Crew/New England Revolution match will see Jillian Triplett and Anthony Ferragamo honored at halftime for their Young Referee of the Year achievements. Scheduled to officiate at the match are FIFA referee Kevin Terry (veteran of both the MLS All Star Game and the MLS Cup final), FIFA AR Tom Supple, Chip Reed and Fourth Official Erich Simmons. Erich, as you may remember, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of his winning the National Young Referee of the Year award.

The game will be the first after the All Star break for both teams and by all indications should be an exciting match. The Revs unbeaten in their last four outings are strongly poised for their traditional late season surge. The Crew are currently holding on to second place in the Eastern Conference.
